Using My Portfolio

From the My Portfolio dashboard in the Relationship Profitability and Pricing System (RPPS), you can view summary information about your portfolio and details regarding specific customer relationships.

TIP: You can also create new pricing requests. For more information, see Using Pricing Requests.

Opening the My Portfolio Dashboard

To open the My Portfolio dashboard, click Navigation menu > My Portfolio.

Navigating My Portfolio data

At the top of the page, in the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard, My Portfolio displays Risk Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC), net contribution, average balance deposit, and average balance earning assets metrics for the last 12 months for all of your customer relationships by default.

KPI metrics

To view the KPI metrics for a specific relationship, click the relationship row . To return the metrics to their default figures, click the refresh icon.

Relationship details

To view data specific to individual customers within a relationship, click the arrow in any row within the relationship column.

You can toggle between the XMap and the My Portfolio page by using the icons at the upper-right corner of the page.

• Click the icon to view the My Portfolio page.

• Click the icon to view the XMap.

NOTE: Depending on the resolution and size of your screen, you may need to use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page to view all of the available columns.

My Portfolio column definitions

The following table defines each column in My Portfolio.

Column	Definition
12M RAROC	The Risk Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) over a 12-month period. RAROC = (Net Contribution – Taxes) / Capital.
RAROC Decile	Relationship RAROC values are arranged in rank order from highest to lowest across the institution. The scores are divided into 10 equally sized groups. The highest RAROC scores are in the 1st decile.
RAROC Rank	Relationship RAROC values are arranged in rank order from highest to lowest across the institution. The highest RAROC score is assigned 1. The lowest RAROC rank would equal the number of relationships in the institution.
12M Cap	The amount of capital allocated to this relationship.
12M Contrib	The total net profitability of the relationship after taxes for 12 months.
Contrib Decile	The relationship 12-month contribution for all relationships in the institution are arranged in rank order from highest to lowest. The scores are divided into 10 equally sized groups. The highest contributions are in the 1st decile.
Contrib Rank	The relationship 12-month contribution for all relationships in the institution are arranged in rank order from highest to lowest. The highest contribution is assigned the rank of 1.
12M Avg Bal EA	The 12-month average balance of earning assets (loans) of accounts in the relationship.
Avg Bal EA	The current-month average balance of earning assets (loans) of accounts in the relationship.
12M Avg Bal Dep	The 12-month average balance of deposits of accounts in the relationship.
Avg Bal Dep	The current-month average balance of deposits of accounts in the relationship.
Commitment	The current total commitment balance. This is the sum of the current month values in the Commitment field for the loan accounts in the relationship.
12M Margin EA	The 12-month margin total of earning assets (loans). Margin consists of interest related income and expenses, calculated as interest and fee income minus Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) expense, also known as cost of funds.
12M FTP EA	The 12-month total FTP expense for loan accounts in the relationship.
12M Margin Dep	The 12-month margin total of deposits. Margin consists of interest related income and expenses (FTP income minus interest expense).
12M FTP Dep	The 12-month total FTP income for deposit accounts in the relationship.
12M Fees	The 12-month total of non-interest related fees.
12M Cost	The 12-month total of non-interest related expenses.
Rel Mgr	The Relationship Manager assigned to this relationship.
